"Meditation"
I would like to elaborate a bit on the White Pearl Method of Meditation. This is a Eastern practice,One i learned at a young age... It is an extremely effective work... Some common steps will come first, Atmosphere,A quiet place,Where you know you will have time to yourself... Comfortable clothing,Sit cross legged if you are able... When seated,You would want to place the back bends of your wrists on each knee... Connect the index fingers to the thumbs,"this is for the later aspect of the meditation"... When you are sat comfortably,Then we will begin with the breathing aspect of the meditation... -------------- With your eyes closed... Take a deep breath in,Then a deep breath out... Then breath in to a "visualized count measure" Of ten... "About the rate of a second"On the count measure... Then breath out to the count measure of ten... " If at any time during the breathing you were to lose count", Simply take a deep breath in,And start with the out breath of ten again... One should perform this breathing for ten,To fifteen Min. Before imploring the next level of focus... -------------------------------------------- The next level here i will express the travel of the White Pearl, This is a visualized White Pearl,That will start on your third eye chakra. And on the out breath,It would begin moving down the surface of your face... Past the throat Chakra,And end on the ten count at your heart Chakra,located in the chest at the sternum.The count measure to ten would end as the pearl arrives at the heart Chakra... Then on the next in-breath,The pearl will begin traveling up the chest toward the right shoulder... After the pearl travels over the Shoulder,An out breath will take the pearl down the arm... And out the tip of the right index finger,Then up the thumb on the in-breath of ten again... When the pearl reaches the shoulder at ten,Then the out breath to ten as the pearl travels down again to the heart chakra,Then with the in-breath,The pearl will travel back to the third eye chakra on ten... Then repeat this same process on the left side of the body... Then repeat the right side again... Continue doing such for another ten to fifteen min. if possible... ------------------------------------------------------------------ Now a great state of focus can be created with the use of the first step as well, That would be to implore the breathing only... However the point is,The count measure is the outside thought blocker... So to include the white pearl focus,With the count measure as well... Hence a deeper aspect of thought blocker... ------------------------------------------------------------------- After performing these measures,Then to remain in the seated position eyes closed,Then evaluate aspects of importance. In this way you can achieve the proper resolve for situations... And your retention factor will greatly increase.. And this is true with all aspects of imploring the meditation... Say any point of study,The meditation being performed before such,You retain the study amazingly well... So in other words,to clear the mind,Then focus... And this practice i promise will test you...And reward you...
